Construction Management
Eden has worked in various areas of the world performing construction management activities for a wide array of clients. We believe in the “hands on” approach to managing the process. We work with the general contractor, designers, sub contractors, manufacturers, and suppliers to achieve the owner’s aesthetic while meeting the project’s budget and schedule. We plan the project to insure that the critical path includes not just the time on site but the time to manufacture and the time to make decisions. This insures that the decision process does not impact the end date without the owner’s knowledge. The team can provide accurate information and adjust its priorities to the owner’s priorities once decisions are made. By managing the entire process, we insure the ownership is capable to meetings its needs throughout the design and construction process.
